Beach View situated in Devon Road, Salcombe is a fully refurbished luxury apartment for the 2019 season, situated about 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of fabulous Salcombe. It has stunning views of the beaches at East Portlemouth from the kitchen and lounge windows and from the external balcony. The property has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and equipped with everything that you could need for an idyllic holiday in Salcombe. This is truly a luxurious place to stay.
It provides an ideal holiday base for up to five persons, with change over day being on a Friday.

The apartment is a raised ground floor apartment which is accessed via a walkway from Devon Road.
Beach View provides one king size bedroom, with a built in wardrobe and cupboards. The bunk room has a set of bespoke bunk beds, with a third trundle bed meaning this can be made up as a double or three singles, with a single wardrobe (requested configuration will be taken at time of booking).
All bed linen and towels are included in the property rental cost (excluding beach towels).
The wet room has a digital walk in shower, with wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Open plan living area
The main living area consists of an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area situated at the back of the property, with views across to East Portlemouth.
The lounge area has a corner sofa with a coffee table. It has the latest in modern technology – a flat screen Sony 32 inch tv with dvd / blue ray player and an in built Sonos music system.
The dining area has an extending table which comfortably seats four adults.
Modern kitchen with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer and nespresso coffee machine.
There is a balcony accessed off the lounge, with a large table and seating for four – perfect for enjoying your early morning coffee or dining alfresco while taking in the glorious views.
Private parking is included for one vehicle in the allocated space underneath the apartments. Additional parking is available in the long-stay car park which is approximately a 15 minute walk away.
Wifi access is available throughout the property. Underfloor heating throughout the property, with individual controls for each room.
Well behaved dog permitted at the property, with specific prior approval by the owners, with some doggie rules to follow and a small additional charge.
No smoking is permitted inside Beach View, nor on the balcony, nor in the undercover parking area.
